Returns Policy
At HedHoncho.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Important – No Refunds on the Following Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty upon receiving:
- Sale, Discounted, and Custom Items
- Headwear Items – Balaclavas, Beanies, Hijabs, Caps, etc.
- Orders placed during sale events are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Item(s) must not have any body odour, stains, or marks (e.g., makeup, perfume, deodorant, or sweat stains).
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Submit a Return Request via [Insert Return Portal Link] or email sales@hedhoncho.com.
- If requesting an exchange, specify the new size or colour required.
- Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label (if eligible).
- Repackage the item(s) securely and send them back.
- Items will be inspected within 5 business days of receiving them.
- If accepted, we will issue store credit or a refund (if applicable).
Note: If returned items have odour, stains, or are used, they will be sent back at your expense.
Are Shipping Costs Refundable?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your shipping was waived due to a free shipping promotion, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
- International return shipping costs are not covered, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
- If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to provide an exchange if the correct size is available.
- If an exchange is not possible, we will issue store credit so you can repurchase when available.
- For sale or discounted items, the return shipping cost and redelivery fee will be $15.
To exchange an item:
- Submit a Return Request and mention the size/colour required.
- Once the return is accepted and additional shipping costs are paid, we will ship the exchange.
- If you need the item urgently, please request express shipping.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@hedhoncho.com.
- We will cover the additional postage costs to replace or refund the item.
- A partial store credit may be issued if a minor defect is found but you choose to keep the item.
